The process of processing meat, from beef on the prairie to hamburger, is filmed in a gigantic Colorado cattle and beef industrial enterprise, which has ranches, feed factories, and slaughterhouses. Production is largely automated, and the film also illustrates the problems of transport, logistics, creation of tools and management.
